Brielle Valle, a women’s equity speaker and the owner of Brielle Valle Consulting, a leadership consulting firm focused on educating managers to achieve a cohesive and equitable culture, has 15 years of experience in Corporate Development and People Operations. Valle holds a B.S. in Communication, an M.S. in Organizational Communication and Leadership, is PI certified, and has 40 credits toward a doctorate degree in Business Leadership. She has published works in SAGE Publications Ltd., Information Age Publishing, and Pearson. Her recent research aims to support corporations in reaching gender equality.
