Currently Jade serves as the Director of Programs at Pride at Work Canada where they work with over 225 large employers across Canada around gender expression, gender identity, and sexual orientation inclusion.

She is the founder of Erin Davis Co. and as Lead Inclusion Strategist helps leaders understand their role in creating a more inclusive workplace to unlock creativity and enhance innovation.
