Nenuca’s career has been dedicated to helping companies reshape their culture with intention, one behavior at a time. She has driven positive transformations at companies of every size across many industries– software, biotech, fintech, education, and large multi-industry conglomerates. Nenuca currently holds masters degrees in both Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell, and in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. She is a certified design thinking instructor with LUMA Institute.
