Nenuca is the CEO and Co-Founder of Better Organizations by Design (BOxD), a company that exists to make high growth, purpose driven companies less chaotic and more efficient. Nenuca’s career has been dedicated to helping companies reshape their culture with intention, one behavior at a time. She has driven positive transformations at companies of every size across many industries– software, biotech, fintech, education, and large multi-industry conglomerates. Nenuca currently holds masters degrees in both Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell, and in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. She is a certified design thinking instructor with LUMA Institute.
