How should workplaces accommodate people through menopause?
If we want to move the needle on the number of women in leadership roles and maintain their contributions to the workplace, we have to destigmatize peoples’ experiences of menopause. Open conversations, flexibility, clear policies, and personalized accommodations can help support people through menopause.
On this episode of Just One Q, Dominique chats with guest Tara Azulay, a Founding Partner of Clariti Group – a boutique HR consultancy that specializes in employee transition, career coaching, leadership & organizational development (including DEI services), as well as workplace investigation & restoration. They discuss the impacts of menopause on individuals and organizations and what workplaces can reasonably do to help their employees who are experiencing menopause.
