Desi Carson is the Business Development Manager for PsychoHairapy, utilizing hair care as an entry point for self care and equitable mental health access for people of colour. She is also the IDEAS Development Partner for Inclusion Nextwork and is responsible for facilitation, content creation, research implementation, and social engagement. As a queer woman of color, Desi also specializes in intersectional advocacy.
