Liz Ramey is the Chief of Staff at the Center for Civilians in Conflict, and Vice President of the Board of IDEAS Generation, which is a community of emerging leaders advancing Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility and Social justice to create thriving communities and organizations. In her last role, she served as the HR & Operations Director at a progressive nonprofit, where she was responsible for developing a wide range of organizational policies in line with DEI principles.
