Jamie Woolf and Dr. Christopher Bell are both leaders at Creativity Partners, a consultancy with a focus on unleashing trust and innovation through constructive disruption.
30 years ago, Jamie Woolf was brought on by Pixar Animation Studios when they were stuck in a rut – ideas weren’t surfacing, superficial harmony replaced meaningful debate, ‘efficiency’ was stifling new insights, and the company’s success was breeding a mentality of risk aversion. Jamie helped the iconic company find its way back to a truly innovative culture as the first Director of Culture.
Today, shes’s a renowned innovation cultivator, speaker, and she brings her over three decades of experience practicing organizational psychology and executive coaching as the founder of Creativity Partners. Drawing on her impactful work with organizations like Google, Dreamworks, Gilead, the University of California, and Pixar Animation, she has inspired thousands worldwide to embrace innovation as a catalyst for personal and organizational transformation.
Alongside Jamie, Dr. Christopher Bell serves as President of Creativity Partners. As a nationally recognized, award-winning TEDx speaker and scholar, Dr. Bell focuses on helping audiences discover the power of storytelling in building healthy relationships, workplace cultures, and organizations. For over two decades, Dr. Bell has been redefining the idea of “diversity training” in organizational practices on college campuses and in companies including AT&T, the United States Air Force Academy, Pixar Animation, and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
