On this episode of Just One Q, Dr. Melissa Horne and Minal Bopaiah – founder and Principal Consultant of Brevity & Wit dive deeper into the topic of equity. Minal breaks down why equity is often the most misunderstood piece in diversity, equity and inclusion practices within organizations. She also provides a new way of thinking for how leaders can start to frame equity as a central piece of their role in creating workplaces where everyone thrives.
Minal Bopaiah is an author and strategic consultant with nearly 20 years of professional experience. Her areas of expertise include human-centered design, behaviour change psychology and the principles of inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) as they relate to media, marketing and communications.
