Kalyn is the founder and managing partner of Dream Forward Consulting and Coaching. She has been successfully leading people, culture and inclusion change for over a decade at startups, nonprofits, Fortune 100 companies, and the nation’s largest city governments. This work has taken her all over the country, from her roots in Detroit to cities like Chicago, New York, and now Atlanta. She is also a doctoral candidate whose research centers on optimizing the employee experience for Black men. Her studies have included degrees in I-O psychology, sociology, and management, as well as certifications in Lean Six Sigma, HR, professional coaching, Gallup Global Strengths, DiSC, and EQ -i 2.0.
