Being an Immigrant in the United States of America, Florence has encountered several challenges in the Corporate America workplace, leading to the realization of the importance of DEIB. Subsequently, she has advocated and stood by its principles.
Today, Florence is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Talent Strategist with the capacity to help Organizations amplify the need for unique DEIB strategies, providing training and implementing challenging initiatives. She helps organizations disrupt change and to embrace the ever-changing multi-world. Through a functional and replicable framework built with Bavarde Talent Solutions, she shows them how they can transform from hostility to inclusivity.
