From lessons learned in Human Psychology, Organizational Behavior, and an educational background in Linguistics and Communications, Florence Idowu built a career in the Human Resources sphere where she focuses on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Organizational Development with a DEIB model. She is established as a strong advocate of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belongingness and is never ashamed to be an Ally.
Being an Immigrant in the United States of America, Florence has encountered several challenges in the Corporate America workplace, leading to the realization of the importance of DEIB. Subsequently, she has advocated and stood by its principles.
Today, Florence is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Talent Strategist with the capacity to help Organizations amplify the need for unique DEIB strategies, providing training and implementing challenging initiatives. She helps organizations disrupt change and to embrace the ever-changing multi-world. Through a functional and replicable framework built with Bavarde Talent Solutions, she shows them how they can transform from hostility to inclusivity.
Further, with Bavarde Talent Solutions, Florence assists in placing diverse candidates in organizations that have embraced the importance of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belongingness. Ultimately, Florence advocates for Diversity in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management from Entry level to Leadership positions.
