For nearly 20 years, Crista has worked with organizations to build stronger and more resilient teams, helping them to develop conflict-competent workforces that improve collaboration, increase trust and transparency, foster inclusivity, reduce unhealthy tension, problem-solve more effectively, and enhance employee well-being. Crista is fascinated by the transformative role of conflict in driving innovation and deeply understands that tension can either be a catalyst for breakthroughs or a barrier to success.

Her in-depth knowledge of emerging trends and best practices allows her to design and implement innovative solutions that position organizations for long-term success. Her expertise extends from her experience in the C-suite as a co-founder of Juice Inc. to her work with start-ups at Velocity and The Problem Lab at the University of Waterloo and with some of Canada’s most progressive leaders at Ivey Business School’s Innovation North.

Crista holds a Master’s in Peace and Conflict Studies from Conrad Grebel College at the University of Waterloo, a BA in Justice Studies, and a Diploma in Corporate Communications. She is a Qualified Mediator with an Intercultural designation and a Restorative and Workplace Fairness Practitioner.
